PAYMENT POLICY

All payments to Kiff Investments (Pty) Ltd trading as Easy-Stow are subject to the following terms:

 

    1.    Payment Requirement

    •    For all orders placed with Easy-Stow, payment must be made in full upon receipt of the invoice. Orders will only be confirmed and processed once full payment has been received and verified.

    2.    Payment Methods

    •    Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any other payment method indicated on your invoice. Details for each payment option will be included in your invoice.

    3.    Currency and International Payments

    •    All payments must be made in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified. Customers making international payments are responsible for any applicable exchange fees, currency conversion fees, or bank charges.

    4.    Order Confirmation

    •    Once payment has been received in full, we will confirm your order via email and provide an estimated delivery schedule. No orders will be confirmed or dispatched prior to full payment.

    5.    Late Payments

    •    If payment is not received within the specified period, Easy-Stow reserves the right to cancel the order without notice. Repeated late payments may affect future orders or require upfront payment guarantees.

    6.    Refunds and Cancellations

    •    Refunds are subject to our Returns Policy, and any request for order cancellations after payment has been confirmed will be handled at Easy-Stow’s discretion.
