REFUND POLICY

At Kiff Investments (Pty) Ltd, trading as Easy-Stow, we take pride in the quality of our products. Returns or refunds are only permitted in cases where the product is defective or incorrect. Please review the following terms and conditions for returns and refunds.

 

    1.    Defective or Incorrect Product Returns

    •    If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

    •    To initiate a return, please email us at hello@easy-stow.com to receive return authorization and further instructions.

    •    Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method.

    •    Refunds will be processed to the original bank account or payment method, less any applicable restocking fee.

    2.    Return Shipping

    •    Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    3.    Refund Process

    •    Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method if all return conditions are met. Refunds are subject to a 20% restocking fee where applicable.
