SHIPPING POLICY

Kiff Investments (Pty) Ltd, trading as Easy-Stow, ships products via air freight courier services. Please review the following terms carefully to understand our shipping practices:

 

    1.    Shipping Responsibility

    •    All orders are shipped using air freight courier services at the customer’s expense. The shipping costs, including any international duties or customs fees, will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs will be added to your invoice unless otherwise arranged.

    2.    Tracking and Shipping Timelines

    •    Easy-Stow will provide customers with tracking information and expected shipping dates once the order has been dispatched. This tracking information will allow you to monitor the shipment’s status and anticipated arrival.

    3.    Shipping Delays and Liabilities

    •    Easy-Stow takes all reasonable measures to ensure timely dispatch and communication of shipment details. However, we are not liable for any shipping delays, damages, or losses due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    •    Natural disasters

    •    Acts of government authorities

    •    Fires, floods, or severe weather events

    •    Strikes, lockouts, or freight embargoes

    •    Acts of God or unforeseen events

    •    In cases of delays, damages, or losses incurred during shipping, customers may pursue claims directly with the air freight courier using the tracking information provided.

    4.    International Shipments

    •    For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in the destination country. Easy-Stow does not handle international customs processes, and any delays or costs associated with customs clearance are the customer’s responsibility.
