Easy-Stow Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you (“you” or “your”) and Kiff Investments (Pty) Ltd, trading as Easy-Stow (“Easy-Stow” or “we”), a private company registered in South Africa. This Agreement governs your use of the Easy-Stow website (www.easy-stow.com) (“the Site”), your purchase of any products from Easy-Stow (each, a “Product”), and your use of those Products. By accessing or using our Site or purchasing our Products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not purchase or use Easy-Stow Products.

All policies, including this Agreement, are governed by the laws of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or purchasing Products, you hereby acknowledge and represent that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement and agree that it is legally binding, equivalent to a signed, written contract.

• You will use the Site and Products according to all relevant instructions, the applicable owner’s manual, and in compliance with South African laws and regulations.

• If you are purchasing Products on behalf of another party or entity, you have the authority to bind that party or entity to this Agreement.

• You will not impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent any affiliation, or otherwise conceal your identity from Easy-Stow for any purpose.

2. Limited Warranties

Easy-Stow provides limited warranties on its Products. Each warranty only applies if the Product is used in accordance with it's intended purpose. Easy-Stow disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by South African law. To request warranty services, please contact us at hello@easy-stow.com.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted under South African law, Easy-Stow disclaims liability for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, that may arise from your use of our Site or Products. Easy-Stow’s total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

4. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under this Agreement will be governed by South African law. In the event of a dispute, you and Easy-Stow agree to first attempt to resolve the issue amicably. If resolution cannot be achieved, either party may pursue legal remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction within South Africa.

5. Amendments

Easy-Stow reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our Site, and continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after such changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
